What you'll learn
- Why order matters Good decisions made in the wrong order can create problems. See how a general contractor thinks about sequence, and how that applies to your money.
- Questions to bring to your CPA Topics worth asking about before you spend, sign or buy, so your CPA can tell you what applies to you while every option is still open.
- How the pieces affect each other Cash flow, debt, taxes and family goals don't live in separate boxes. Learn to see how one choice touches the others.
- Getting your pros on the same page How to walk into meetings with your CPA, attorney and banker prepared, and make sure their advice fits together.

Meet your host
David Pham
David knows what it's like to make payroll, sign a lease, manage debt and support a family while running a business. He's spent nearly 30 years owning, operating and working in businesses, and he's still in the nail industry today.
Now he helps owners understand the tax and money side of what they're building, so they can learn before they earn, avoid costly mistakes, and keep more of what they make.
It's not how much you make. It's how much you keep.
David is a business consultant (tax & finance education). He doesn't replace your CPA, attorney or financial advisor. He helps you get more out of them.
